Requirements

  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Strong academic performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous internship experience in public accounting.
  • Experience with accounting software.
  • Leadership experience in student organizations or other activities.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engagement leaders by working closely with seniors and managers on client engagements across multiple industries
  • Build foundational assurance skills through hands‑on experience with planning procedures, balance sheet and income statement testing, and audit reporting
  • Support special projects by assisting with ad hoc initiatives and department‑wide efforts
  • Communicate with clients and teams to help keep engagements on track and ensure timely deliverables
  • Engage in on‑site client work by traveling to client locations and contributing as a valued member of the engagement team
  • Build professional relationships with colleagues and clients across the firm
  • Grow through feedback by receiving ongoing coaching from seniors and managers.
  • Participate in firm culture through networking events and activities that strengthen your professional connections
  • Work with a performance manager to set career goals and receive mentorship throughout the internship
  • Learn from your buddy who will guide you, answer questions, and help you feel supported from day one
