About The Position

We are looking for a motivated individual to assist with the maintenance and upkeep of our camping and glamping services. Working underneath the Adventure Sports Director and Camping Supervisor, you will be part of a team that helps with day-to-day operations to ensure everything runs smoothly, and that all necessary resources are available to create a memorable stay for our guests. This position is flexible but typically requires availability Thursday through Monday, from May through October.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
A passion for nature and outdoor activities, with a basic knowledge of camping equipment and fire safety.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
Performing physical tasks like setting up equipment, cleaning, and maintaining outdoor spaces in various weather conditions.
Ability to quickly address guest concerns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for all visitors.
Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
Collaborate effectively with other team members to support resort operations.
