About The Position

The Campground Maintenance Worker helps keep the campground clean, safe, presentable, and welcoming for guests. This hands-on role involves working outdoors and completing general upkeep, trash collection and disposal, routine cleanup, and maintenance tasks. The position is listed as part-time to full-time hours based on business needs, with approximately 24–40 hours per week and a starting pay rate of $14.00 per hour. Scheduling may vary with campground occupancy, seasonal demands, and business needs. Two positions are available.

Nice To Haves

Previous groundskeeping, janitorial, landscaping, or general maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

Perform general campground maintenance and upkeep.
Collect, remove, and properly dispose of trash throughout the campground.
Empty trash receptacles and maintain clean waste disposal areas.
Keep campground grounds, common areas, and outdoor spaces clean and presentable.
Assist with routine cleanup and general maintenance projects as needed.
Identify and report maintenance concerns or safety hazards.
Follow established safety procedures while completing daily assignments.
Work alongside team members to maintain a positive and welcoming campground environment.
