Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in campaign planning or loyalty marketing
- Experience with customer segmentation, personalization, and data-driven campaign strategies
- Experience in campaign measurement, A/B testing, and data interpretation
Responsibilities
- Support the development of campaign strategy briefs based on research, market insights, customer pain points, and client strategic priorities and development.
- Support the development of customer engagement surveys to enrich our understanding of their journey and pain points.
- Help develop and implement creative strategies that reimagine how to engage customers.
- Support the development of a balanced mix of ad hoc and triggered campaigns, evolving the use of personalization, automation, and multi-touch journeys.
- Work cross-functionally with PM, Analytics, Technology, and Creative teams to establish timelines to execute campaigns according to the annual campaign calendar.
- Actively manage the quality control process of all creative assets, briefs, weekly status reports and client presentations.
- Support the establishment of KPIs to measure for each campaign.
- Support the definition of A/B testing approaches for email and phone scripts to optimize campaign engagement.
- Track and incorporate testing insights into future campaigns briefs.
- Support the development of monthly campaign reports and generate insights.
- Support the development of weekly client-facing status reports.
