About The Position

The Campaign Strategist develops and oversees multi-channel campaign strategies across a portfolio of clients, grounding initiatives in audience logic, funnel movement, and clear business objectives. The role defines audience strategy, writes Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), shapes campaign requirements, and improves operational processes. The strategist manages multiple client strategies simultaneously, balancing deep strategic engagements with fast-turn, ad-hoc requests. Success requires understanding how to move prospects through the funnel, deploy audiences effectively, and identify the KPIs that matter at each stage. The role partners with analytics, creative, media, and operations teams to structure campaigns and deploy audiences strategically. It focuses on strategic alignment and performance interpretation rather than executional tasks, and includes presenting strategies and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
