ICF Next is seeking a Campaign Manager to support a high-profile federal government client focused on military and family support programs. This role leads outreach campaign planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and performance analysis activities supporting military service members, families, survivors, and caregivers across a broad portfolio of programs and initiatives. The Campaign Manager (Lead) will support integrated outreach and engagement efforts through strategic communications planning, audience engagement coordination, campaign performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration across digital, multimedia, social media, and community engagement channels. This role supports community and public engagement initiatives aligned with program priorities, audience needs, and measurable engagement objectives. Operating within a fast-paced federal environment, the ideal candidate will bring deep experience managing integrated outreach campaigns, analyzing engagement performance, and implementing data-driven communications strategies in a mission-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Active Secret clearance required
  • Ability to work onsite in Alexandria, VA, as required by client and contract operations
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Master’s degree in communications, marketing, public affairs, strategic communications, or related field
  • 10+ years of professional experience supporting outreach campaigns, strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, public engagement, or related initiatives

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leading large-scale outreach or engagement campaigns for federal government clients
  • Experience supporting military community programs or federal defense communications initiatives
  • Familiarity with campaign analytics, engagement reporting, KPIs, and audience performance metrics
  • Experience supporting integrated communications strategies across digital and traditional engagement channels
  • Familiarity with social media engagement strategies, virtual engagement platforms, and community outreach initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and execution of outreach and engagement campaigns aligned with program priorities and strategic objectives
  • Coordinate integrated campaign activities across digital, social media, multimedia, and stakeholder engagement channels
  • Develop campaign schedules, messaging strategies, outreach plans, and audience engagement approaches
  • Coordinate with government stakeholders, communications teams, public engagement teams, and digital teams to support campaign execution and engagement activities
  • Track campaign milestones, deliverables, KPIs, and audience engagement metrics
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and participation outcomes
  • Support development of campaign reports, briefings, presentations, and leadership engagement materials
  • Ensure campaign activities align with enterprise messaging, branding, accessibility standards, and communications objectives
  • Support live and virtual engagement initiatives including webinars, outreach events, digital campaigns, and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Maintain organized campaign documentation, reporting, and workflow tracking activities
