Requirements
- Experience as a Campaign Manager on electoral campaigns
- Served in a senior leadership role (e.g., Field Director, Finance Director, Communications Director)
- Worked in progressive politics, including nonprofits, advocacy organizations, or labor unions
- Managed complex projects, teams, or volunteer-driven efforts
- A demonstrated ability to lead in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Strong organizational skills and a self-starting mindset
Responsibilities
- Build and execute campaign plans from launch through Election Day
- Manage staff, consultants, and volunteers effectively
- Oversee field, fundraising, communications, and compliance operations
- Adapt quickly and solve problems under tight timelines
- Align campaign strategy with progressive values and community priorities
