About The Position
Iron Bloom Collective is hiring Entry-Level Campaign Assistants to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to build real professional skills, gain hands-on experience, and grow into leadership. We provide training. You bring the attitude. This position is designed to help you develop skills that transfer across industries, including Communication, Customer Acquisition, Public Speaking, Presentation, Teamwork, Leadership, Goal Setting, and Business Development. You'll receive ongoing coaching designed to help you become more confident, capable, and independent. We believe entry-level should be a starting point—not a ceiling. As you gain experience and demonstrate leadership, you'll have opportunities to take on greater responsibility within the organization. Responsibilities
- Representing client brands in face-to-face customer interactions
- Speaking with prospective and existing customers
- Learning campaign and product information
- Helping customers understand available products and services
- Creating positive customer experiences
- Supporting customer acquisition campaigns
- Participating in team meetings and training
- Tracking goals and campaign results
- Developing communication and leadership skills
