About The Position

The Camp Store Operations Coordinator supports the mission of Center for Christian Growth, which is to present Jesus Christ through discipleship, teaching, and camp programs. The camp store provides campers and guests with meaningful, tangible reminders of what God has done during their time at T Bar M. This role oversees retail operations, including inventory management, online store maintenance, customer service, and coordination of summer store functions. It requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, basic technology proficiency, and a growing relationship with Christ.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the purchase order (PO) system
  • Organize and process incoming products and shipments
  • Maintain daily operations of the Camp Store
  • Hire, schedule, and supervise part-time staff
  • Support product purchasing and planning
  • Manage all inventory processes and accuracy
  • Maintain systems supporting year-round store operations
  • Supervise evening and weekend staff
  • Delegate tasks and project responsibilities
  • Maintain the online store and manage all online orders
  • Oversee snack and drink inventory and ordering
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests throughout the year
  • Analyze product performance and sales trends
  • Communicate reorder needs
  • Research current styles and market trends
  • Assist in developing and curating the annual product line
  • Set up and maintain the Camp Travis store
  • Oversee inventory for the Discover pop-up store
  • Organize and distribute care packs and cabin deliveries for all camps
  • Hire, train, and supervise summer retail staff
  • Communicate with parents through calls and email
  • Troubleshoot CircuiTree issues
  • Support Opening and Closing Day operations
  • Lead, hire, train, and mentor summer staff
  • Foster teamwork, development, and spiritual growth among store staff
