This role supports program staff in planning and successfully hosting Volleyball Camps and Clinics. The individual will work alongside colleagues passionate about Volleyball, sharing the excitement of sports, health, and athleticism with the community. The position involves pre-planning, scheduling, composing NCAA compliant advertisements, promoting camps, recruiting Camp Counselors, overseeing and managing Camp Counselors (including scheduling and training), assisting with camp reconciliation in coordination with coaches and the Business Office, providing instruction and leadership in Volleyball skills and techniques, leading group activities with proper oversight for safe integration of lessons, and curtailing instruction to meet camper needs and abilities. The role requires punctuality, organization, approachability, energy, and the ability to work with diverse age groups and skill levels.
