About The Position

Responsible for the direct care of our campers. You will spend your summer outdoors leading fun, engaging activities with kids from 4-12.

Requirements

• 17+
• Standard First Aid
• Bronze Cross
• NLS encouraged

Responsibilities

• Follow scheduled activities throughout the week, including swimming, water games, cooperative games, drama, parachute games, and more.
• Prepare and adapt activities using your own creativity and back-pocket games as needed.
• Supervise a group of approximately 10 children, ensuring their safety and enjoyment.
• Utilize problem-solving, critical thinking, and behavior management skills to support campers in resolving social and behavioral challenges.
• Support lunchtime supervision in the dining hall
• Assist in setting up programming for day camps as required
• Support site maintenance and cleanliness by cleaning of bathrooms and public areas.
