About The Position
The Alaska Club is hiring Camp Counselors for their Fairbanks South location. This is a seasonal, part-time role focused on facilitating a variety of activities for children aged 5-12 in a fitness environment. The position offers a fun and dynamic team setting with a flexible work schedule, and is ideal for students or parents seeking part-time work. It's an opportunity to develop leadership and teaching skills, with potential for additional hours as a Swim Instructor or Lifeguard.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Ability to multi-task and lead group activities (arts & crafts, sports, games, etc)

Responsibilities
- Foster a fun environment for kids by facilitating a variety of activities to keep kids active and stimulated.
- Supervising and accounting for kids ages 5-12.
- Ensuring the safety of all camp kids.
- Supporting fellow Camp Counselors and cooperating as a team.
- Standing and moving to facilitate activities.
