Sierra Air Conditioning & Plumbing is seeking a detail-oriented Camera Specialist to join their plumbing team in Las Vegas. This role is crucial for identifying underground and internal pipe issues, providing clear diagnostics to customers, and guiding the selection of appropriate solutions. Requirements
- 24+ years old with valid driver’s license and insurable record
- Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and MVR
- Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic mindset
- Detail-oriented with strong observation skills
- Comfortable working in confined spaces and physically demanding environments
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Professionalism is non-negotiable
- Accuracy matters — your diagnosis drives the solution
- Expected to deliver both technical clarity and customer confidence
- Success comes from attention to detail, ownership, and consistency

Responsibilities
- Perform camera inspections to identify issues within drain and sewer systems
- Diagnose problems and document findings clearly
- Educate customers and team members on recommended solutions
- Deliver a professional, 5-star experience on every call
- Perform sewer and drain camera inspections
- Identify root causes of issues (breaks, offsets, blockages, root intrusion, deterioration)
- Capture clear video/photo documentation of findings
- Work alongside drain technicians or plumbers to confirm solutions
- Explain inspection findings in a clear, simple way
- Build trust through transparency and professionalism
- Represent Sierra’s brand confidently in every home
- Meet productivity and performance expectations
- Take ownership of diagnostic accuracy and job outcomes
- Support team revenue opportunities through accurate findings
- Maintain clean and organized equipment and job sites
- Accurately document inspections and notes in ServiceTitan
- Follow all safety and company procedures
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, drain techs, and managers
- Support team goals and contribute to a high-performance culture
