Camera Car Driver

Pegasus Recovery Solutions•Arlington, TX

About The Position

Pegasus Recovery Solutions is hiring day and night License Plate Recognition (LPR) Drivers. Drivers use an assigned company vehicle equipped with four cameras positioned at different angles. The cameras scan license plates against the repossession database and alert the driver when a possible repossession is detected. Drivers cover assigned areas by driving every street until the area is completed, then move on to the next area. The primary focus is building data for current and future assignments; locating vehicles for recovery is an additional outcome. Drivers arrive on time and prepared for their shift, inspect their assigned vehicle, plan a route and coverage goals, and drive their assigned area. At the end of the shift, they return to the lot approximately 15 minutes before shift end, wipe down the vehicle, remove trash, and complete a post-inspection. Small breaks are allowed. Day shifts run 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday; night shifts run 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Sunday through Thursday. The schedule is 50 hours per week, including 10 mandatory overtime hours. Pay is $14 per hour for the first 40 hours and $21 per overtime hour. Employees who work all 50 hours can expect $1,540 every two weeks. Commission is offered for each secured vehicle located, with details discussed during the interview.
