About The Position

HNS Recovery is seeking driven and experienced professionals to join their team in a fast-paced, casual, and fun environment as they expand throughout Texas. The company supports numerous top-tier lenders and financial institutions with collateral recovery. They utilize various software including RDN, ClearPlan, ClearData, and DRN. While experience is a plus, it is not a requirement as training will be provided to the right candidate.

Requirements

  • Are 23 years of age or older.
  • Have a high-school diploma or equivalent.
  • Have a valid Texas Driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Have reliable transportation.
  • Are punctual and responsible.
  • Are detail-oriented and a team player.
  • Can sit for long periods of time.
  • Are motivated and can work without constant supervision.
  • Are organized and driven to meet deadlines.
  • Do not have any felony convictions within the last 5 years.
  • Can pass pre-employment screening and unannounced drug screening throughout your employment.
  • Can remain professional and calm in high-stress situations.
  • Can thrive in a multi-cultural and multi-generational environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience is a plus but not a requirement.
  • Candidates that have experienced great success in this position, were previously, car wash employees, dealership lot attendants, cab drivers, delivery drivers, security guards, veterans, recently retired individuals, etc.
  • Be able to identify various vehicle makes and models by sight (not required but very helpful).

Responsibilities

  • Complete a daily Vehicle Inspection Checklist including tire pressure (38 psi).
  • Have basic computer experience and typing skills.
  • Have a smartphone with a good quality camera.
  • Be comfortable using various technologies (phones, tablets, computers, RFID Scanners, cameras etc.).
  • Be comfortable sitting for extended periods.
  • Report all traffic violations or accidents within 24 hours (includes those that occur when not at work).
  • Work directly with the DRN to troubleshoot and remedy all camera or software issues.
  • Be able to work 40+ hours per week including nights, weekends and some holidays.
  • Be an excellent communicator (verbal and written).
  • Be able to identify various vehicle makes and models by sight (not required but very helpful).
  • Clean your vehicle at the end of every shift (remove all trash and personal belongings).
  • Maintain all Company and Customer policies and procedures required to meet and maintain compliance.
  • Drive a company vehicle outfitted with license plate recognition (LPR) cameras and software through an assigned area while scanning and collecting data.
  • Check all Vehicle Identification Numbers (VIN) prior to reporting the target vehicle to a Recovery Agent.
  • Meet shift quota requirements.
