Where Technical Skills Build Lasting Careers. For nearly 60 years, Alarm Detection Systems, Inc (ADS) has helped businesses and homeowners protect what matters most through industry-leading security, video surveillance, access control, fire alarm, and other life safety solutions. We're looking for an experienced Camera and Access Technician who enjoys technology, troubleshooting, and hands-on field work. In this role, you'll install, service, program, and maintain CCTV surveillance, access control, intercom, and related electronic security systems at customer locations. At ADS, our culture is built on five core values: Customer First – We put our customers at the center of everything we do. Do What You Say and Whatever It Takes – We honor our commitments and follow through. Embrace Change & Pursue Growth – We continuously learn, improve, and adapt. Be a Team Player – We collaborate, support one another, and succeed together. Care About People – We genuinely care about our employees, customers, and communities. As a Camera and Access Technician, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of electronic security technologies while continuing to strengthen your knowledge of networking, IP-based cameras, access control, video management software, and system troubleshooting. You'll work across different customer environments and technical challenges, giving you opportunities to continue developing your skills rather than doing the same work every day. This is a field-based role that's ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, and seeing the results of their work firsthand.
