The CAM Field Engineer is responsible for providing customers with safe, accurate and on-time product and service delivery. This role involves pre-commissioning, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities, including witnessing mechanical completion, catalyst loading, filter elements' installation, loop testing and verification, leak testing, start-up and tuning of fired heaters, and inspection of vessels for readiness. Commissioning activities also include start-up, performance monitoring, fine tuning, and performance guarantee test runs. The engineer will demonstrate excellence in learning and competency development, ensure safe, timely, and compliant operations at the wellsite, job location, or plant, including rig-up and rig-down of equipment. They will mentor and support team members, participate in Job Risk Analysis (JRA) and continuous improvement programs, and engage with customers to promote company products and services while maintaining strong working relationships. The role may also involve acting as a backup to first-level management. Responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing operational, maintenance, production, and technical data to develop recommendations, managing internal and external stakeholder relationships, and reading/interpreting P&IDs, PFDs, and various technical drawings. Additional duties assigned by the supervisor will be performed professionally and in a timely manner, and the engineer will prepare and submit progress reports, schedules, budgets, and other required project documentation.
