We An-Ser is looking for reliable and detail-focused Full-Time Overnight Call Centre Specialists to join our expanding team. Requirements
- A pleasant phone presence with a positive, professional tone.
- Strong English communication skills, including sharp grammar and spelling.
- Comfort working within a Windows-based operating system.
- A typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- A proven track record of excellent attendance.
- Flexibility to work at least one weekend day.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls professionally, ensuring every caller receives a polite and welcoming experience.
- Accurately collect and pass along vital details, making sure all messages are thorough and precise.
- Verify and input information carefully into our system so clients can trust their needs are documented correctly.
