About The Position

Hyatt Vacation Club is hiring a work-from-home Call Center Vacation Planner who must live in the Orlando, Florida area. The role communicates with customers and potential owners by telephone, including outbound and potentially inbound calls, to sell preview package sales and tours. The planner explains available opportunities and presentation requirements, answers questions, confirms eligibility before scheduling tours, encourages purchases or bookings, and checks accommodation and date availability, offering alternatives when needed. The role also supports a positive guest experience by interacting promptly and professionally with colleagues and guests, contributing to team goals, safeguarding confidential information, and following company policies and safety procedures. Pay is $15 per hour plus commissions.

Requirements

• Must live in the Orlando, Florida area.
• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehension.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees; bend, twist, pull, and stoop; and stand, sit, or walk for an extended period.
• May be required to undergo background and drug screening in accordance with company policy and applicable legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound and potentially inbound calls to customers and potential owners to sell preview package sales and tours.
• Explain available opportunities and answer questions about preview packages and tours.
• Verify eligibility requirements before scheduling a tour at an HVC property.
• Encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales or tours.
• Explain details and requirements for attending a sales presentation to potential owners.
• Check accommodation and date availability and identify alternative dates or options when needed.
• Interact professionally and promptly with colleagues and guests.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.
