Luxury Bath of Mid Atlantic is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Specialist to join our team in Ocean City, MD. If you enjoy talking with people, helping homeowners, and working in a fast-paced environment, this may be the perfect opportunity for you. As part of one of the fastest-growing bath remodeling companies in the country, you'll play a key role in helping homeowners schedule free consultations for bathroom remodeling projects. Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and professional phone presence
- Ability to build rapport quickly with homeowners
- Basic computer skills and data entry experience
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Contact homeowners to schedule free in-home consultations
- Answer inbound calls from prospective customers
- Follow proven scripts while personalizing conversations
- Handle questions and overcome objections professionally
- Confirm and manage appointment schedules
- Accurately enter customer information into company systems
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Conduct follow-up and quality control calls
- Coordinate appointments with canvassing and sales teams
- Help create an exceptional customer experience from the first call
