About The Position

SIGNATURE WORLDWIDE is looking for an inspiring customer service professional to be a part of our Call Center team. This position entails posing as an ordinary customer (event planner, travel planner) and making mystery shop calls. Researching and reviewing information to supplement or create scenarios as necessary is part of the shopper’s responsibility. The right candidate will receive comprehensive training to excel in this position. This position will work from home, and the hours are flexible (you set your schedule each week). Available hours are approximately 5 hours per week. While the hours are flexible, work must be performed during the hours of 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday. This part-time position earns $14.00/hour. If you have a passion for customer service, possess effective communication skills, are eager to learn and focused on quality we want you on our team!
