About The Position

We are looking for two experienced Call Center Scheduler to join our team with Solid Ground Solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, multitasking, working with customers, and keeping schedules organized. You will schedule estimates for customers needing crawl space repair, basement waterproofing, foundation repair, and some mold-related services. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails while coordinating schedules for 15+ Project Managers across Ohio, West Virginia, and Maryland. You will support multiple companies and business units, so you must be organized, able to prioritize, comfortable working independently, and willing to use available resources to stay knowledgeable about each business and its services, and other duties as assigned. You’ll work as part of a small team of five schedulers in a collaborative environment with hands-on support.
