About The Position

MCI is seeking confident, driven Call Center Sales Representatives to join their dynamic team. This role involves making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting and selling products or services, handling objections, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will be motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment where their skills are valued and success is rewarded. Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED required
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Strong sales and persuasion skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
• Subject to the program and location of the position
• Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint.
• Must be willing to submit to drug screening.

• Previous sales or telemarketing experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
