About The Position
ECCO USA LLC is excited to hire Call Center Sales Agents for our Home Warranty Sales Program supporting HomeServe! If you enjoy talking to people, making sales, and working in a fast-paced call center environment, this could be a great fit for you. This position is onsite only. Candidates must be able to work from our Sanford, FL location.
Requirements
- Call center sales experience
- Proficient with computer navigation
- Call center and/or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Comfortable with outbound sales calls
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work onsite in Sanford, FL
- Background check required
Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to existing HomeServe customers
- Cross-selling and upselling HomeServe home protection products
- Educating customers on benefits, coverage, and savings
- Accurately documenting calls and sales
- Meeting quality and performance expectations
