About The Position
As a Sales Agent, you will speak to and sell mini-vacation packages to Hilton Honors members and guests who are eager to travel with Hilton Grand Vacations. With our innovative sales floor, highly sought after destinations, and awesome package deals; you will have the opportunity to offer great deals to guest while being compensated well for it. Job Details: This is an hourly base plus commission role based onsite at our Corporate Marketing and Contact Center. You will receive excellent training to help you build your skills and meet your sales goals. (Our average agents earn $60,000 annually and top performers after one year of employment can average $85,000+ per year). Training Schedule: Paid training is provided for 4 weeks and is from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. Schedule: Full Time Availability Required Generous benefits begin on day one to include medical, dental, vision and HGV travel perks! 401(K) and PTO plans are available after 90 days of employment.
