About The Position

Capital Vacations is the fastest-growing company in the industry and is looking to add talented individuals to its Call Center team in Myrtle Beach. This is a full-time, year-round position with paid training. The company offers competitive pay, including an hourly rate plus commission for some roles, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

  • Must be available for open interviews on Wednesday 7/1/2026 from 2-5 PM.
  • Must be able to attend training for 6 weeks, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM.
  • Must be available to work Saturdays post-training.
  • Must be able to work in person at the Myrtle Beach office.
  • Willingness to work a full-time schedule.
  • Starting pay during training is $15/hr.
  • Post-training pay is $16/hr plus commissions for some roles.

Responsibilities

  • Handle calls for Owner Services Specialist, Owner Activations Agent, and Customer Service Specialist roles.
  • Provide customer service and support.
  • Engage in sales or activation processes as required by the specific role.
