About The Position
United Prairie Bank is hiring a Call Center Representative. This part-time position is located at one of our Minnesota branches, with work hours scheduled between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. As a Call Center Representative, you will provide friendly and courteous support to our customers by answering account questions, resolving inquiries, and recommending solutions tailored to their financial needs via phone, email, and instant messaging.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of banking experience required
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance
- 1+ years of experience in sales or call center experience
Responsibilities
- Answering account questions
