About The Position
Customer Service Call Center Representative (Temporary) We are committed to making a strong, public pledge to enhance our customer service experience. As part of this initiative, we are reviewing and optimizing our phone system configuration to better meet our customers' needs. To support this effort, we are seeking dedicated temporary workers to join our team at the Des Plaines office, with the potential for some positions to become permanent later in the fall.

- Assist in testing and providing feedback on phone system configurations and improvements
