About The Position

Two positions are available with an auto finance company, starting in April. Candidates will interview for both roles and should be open to either opportunity, as the hiring manager will determine the final placement. One role is a Customer Care Representative, and the other is a Customer Accounts Representative with light collections duties.

Requirements

  • Completed 4 year Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Financial experience
  • Call center
  • Data entry

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Spanish speaking ability is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls throughout the day from customers who need assistance with their account, payment information, title request, and payment options.
  • This position is a light collections position, meaning you’re calling customers who have only missed one payment (between 1 and 29 days past due).
