About The Position

At Parmele Disability Advocates, we help individuals secure the Social Security benefits they deserve. As a Call Center Representative, you'll play a key part in supporting both our staff and clients by handling inbound calls, transferring calls as needed, resolving client inquiries, and ensuring every interaction results in a positive client experience. No prior experience? No problem. We provide paid training and a clear path for success. You'll often be the first point of contact for prospective and current clients, making professionalism, empathy, and clear communication essential to success in this role. Requirements

  • Confident and professional phone presence
  • Ability to set an appropriate tone and pace during client calls
  • Demonstrates consistent care and professionalism on every call
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry
  • Strong ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in phone-based customer service and/or client services is a plus
