Call Center Representative Wilshire Law Firm, is a distinguished, award-winning legal practice with over 18 years of experience, specializing in Personal Injury, Employee Rights, and Consumer Class Action lawsuits. Training & Work Schedule (Includes Holidays & Weekends) Training Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5:30pm (3 weeks) Shifts Days: Tuesday - Saturday, or Sunday - Thursday. Shifts: 10:00am-7:00pm, 12:00pm - 9:00pm, 3:00pm - 12:00am, or 11:00pm - 8:00am Accountable for Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard. Work with the firm’s intake management team to determine viability of potential cases. Be a closer, someone who can entice clients and relate to them and encourage them to sign on with our firm. Deliver customized, targeted sales strategies to ensure monthly goals are met. Qualifications Minimum of two years’ experience in sales, customer service, or call center. Strong communication skills required, including the ability to be empathetic yet persuasive. Ability to multi-task and type at least 40 wpm while speaking with potential clients. Competitive and motivated to surpass set goals. Compensation $25.00 - $33.00 per hour depending on experience, plus monthly bonus incentives Benefits Bonus eligible when targets are met. Requirements
