Requirements
- 1+ year call center, scheduling, or customer service experience
- Bilingual: fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- Reliable, on-time work habits
- Must be based in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to book appointments
- Take inbound calls from members
- Update scheduling systems (accurate + fast)
- Follow up on missed visits
- Escalate urgent needs
