Responsibilities
- Assist customers through inbound and outbound calls regarding accounts, loans, online banking, and other financial services
- Resolve questions and issues while delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Process customer requests accurately and efficiently
- Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships through referrals
- Document interactions and maintain compliance with quality and service standards
- Collaborate with teammates while meeting performance and attendance expectations
