About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and professional Call Center Representative to join our team. Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of call center or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and data entry experience
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, or account information
  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups or customer support
  • Accurately enter customer information and notes into company systems
  • Resolve customer issues or escalate concerns when necessary
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Follow company procedures and call center guidelines
