About The Position

Cregger is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join their team. This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and creating positive experiences while working a consistent weekend schedule. As a Call Center Representative, you'll play a key role in supporting both existing and prospective customers by answering inbound calls, assisting with scheduling and customer inquiries, providing outstanding service, and helping customers find the solutions they need. Your ability to communicate effectively and deliver an exceptional customer experience will directly contribute to the company's continued success.

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service experience (call center experience preferred)
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and CRM applications
• Excellent listening skills and a customer-first mindset
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish positive customer relationships
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Reliable attendance and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ServiceTitan or the home services industry is a plus, but not required
