Call Center Representative

BathWorks is a local West Michigan company specializing in Jacuzzi bath remodels, and we’re growing fast. We’re looking for motivated, competitive people who are ready to build a career in sales and earn what they’re worth.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a self-motivated mindset
- Competitive nature. You like to win and are not afraid to work for it
- Candidates should be based in the local area and able to commute to our Byron Center office
- Available for a consistent weekly schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 10:00 AM–6:30 PM OR Sunday - Thursday 10:00 AM–6:30 PM
- Experience in sales, customer service, or call centers is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with homeowners who have shown interest in a Jacuzzi bath remodel
- Guide homeowners through our process and schedule their design consultation
- Learn how to overcome objections and confidently set appointments
- Help fill the sales pipeline and drive real company growth
