Responsibilities

Deliver a scripted sales presentation to homeowners.
Adapt the script to address the specific needs and interests of individual homeowners.
Answer questions and overcome objections professionally and effectively.
Collect homeowner information, including names, addresses, phone numbers, and other relevant details.
Schedule and confirm appointments for free consultations.
Enter appointment details and customer information accurately into the company's computer system.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and lead activity.
Coordinate appointments for sales representatives and canvassing teams.
Conduct quality control follow-up calls.
Answer inbound calls from prospective customers responding to advertisements.
Follow up with homeowners regarding previous interactions.
Update lead information and maintain reports as needed.
