About The Position
At Clinical Associates, we make being healthy easier. We connect our patients to a seamless system of integrated medical care, which includes in-house specialists in areas of practice, from cardiology to podiatry. We also offer unique services like our nuclear stress testing facility. We are seeking to add Full Time Medical Call Center Representatives to our team in Reisterstown located at 120 Westminster Pike!
Requirements
- Call Center experience in the medical field is required
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. (Required)
- Medical Call Center experience is required
- Basic arithmetic and money calculating skills.
- Excellent patient care and customer service skills.
- EMR skills are required.

Responsibilities
- Answering all incoming phone calls for the healthcare provider
- Scheduling appointments
- Documenting messages in the EMR system
- Identifying and quickly assessing the nature of calls and acting appropriately to provide prompt, professional service.
- Verifying insurance / resolving eligibility issues prior to a scheduled appointment.
- Collecting co-pays, deductibles, and account balances (PRN basis)
