Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
  • Scheduling appointments and confirming patient information.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all calls and appointments.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
