About The Position

This is a hybrid position in Troy, MI, offering a stable, full-time opportunity with growth potential in a fast-paced, engaging environment. The role involves handling inbound calls related to insurance and mortgage inquiries, assisting homeowners, insurance agents, and financial institutions. Candidates will answer questions about payments, coverage, and policies, and will need to navigate multiple systems to research, document, and resolve customer concerns, providing accurate, timely, and professional customer service.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of recent customer service experience (call center or administrative preferred)
  • Strong computer skills and ability to type at least 35 WPM
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Reliable attendance and transportation
  • Active internet connection
  • Ability to work on-site during training
  • Ability to work without time-off requests within the first 6 weeks

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of call center experience
  • Insurance or mortgage experience

Responsibilities

  • Handle 35–45 inbound calls daily related to insurance and mortgage inquiries
  • Assist homeowners, insurance agents, and financial institutions
  • Answer questions about payments, coverage, and policies
  • Navigate multiple systems to research, document, and resolve customer concerns
