CMS offers an Integrated Home Health System, including Durable Medical Equipment (DME), Respiratory Equipment, Home Health Services, Infusion Services, Orthotics, and Prosthetics. We respond to patient needs at any time of day, ensuring customer satisfaction. Insurance Companies, Hospitals, and Doctors can count on us for same-day hospital discharges, minimizing emergency room visits and reducing overall high medical costs. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Available to work Monday to Saturday and variable shifts.

Nice To Haves

  • Billing Technician, Respiratory Therapy, or Pharmacy course.
  • Associate's degree, preferred.
  • Minimum experience in the healthcare industry or customer service in a call center, preferably.
  • Knowledge in billing or coding, preferably.
  • Knowledge in medical terminology, preferably.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and handle an average of seventy (70) calls daily.
  • Document information in the system to generate medical orders.
  • Be available to work variable shifts.
