Requirements

Minimum 1 year of Call Center Experience
Must have current access to High Speed Internet (minimum speed higher than 25MBS download and 8MBS upload)
Must be available to work an 8 hour shift between 7 AM and 7 PM Monday through Friday
Starting Shift will be 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM for an indefinite period of time.
Must have a private work area, free from distractions for duration of workday
Experience in Health Care industry with an understanding of HIPAA Privacy Rules
Knowledge of CPT and ICD10 terminology
Effective communication skills with professional tone and poise
Proficient Keyboarding skills with the ability to multi-task and remain focused
Basic computer skills / knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to work alone and with a team
Must live in West Virginia
Associates must be available to work between the hours of 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Eastern Time.
Candidates will be required to complete a skills and competency assessment before advancing to the next stage of the selection process.
