Our Brownsville office has immediate openings for Call Center Representatives in a primarily inbound call center environment. This role requires the ability to receive inbound calls and/or make outbound calls to taxpayers to collect delinquent property taxes. The position demands proficiency in using a headset and computer terminal, navigating multiple computer systems for data input and retrieval. It is a role within a very structured environment with a diverse workforce, requiring the ability to adapt to a dynamic, quickly changing telecommunications environment. The representative will be accountable for call quality, attendance, and adherence to work schedule results.
