This role is for a highly motivated individual with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service. Call center representatives are responsible for scheduling in-home demonstration appointments for Design Specialists with prospective clients. Leads are generated through various advertising and marketing campaigns, so there is no cold calling or sales involved. Reliable transportation is required.
