The Elliot Call Center is a 24 hour a day, 7 day a week department. This is a Part Time position requiring 22 hours a week. The schedule for Week 1 is Wednesday 8AM-2:30PM, Thursday 10PM-6AM, and Saturday 11:30AM-8PM. The schedule for Week 2 is Sunday 11:30AM-8PM, Wednesday 8AM-2:30PM, and Thursday 10PM-6AM. The primary function of this role is to provide superior service excellence and promote the Elliot Experience to all who access the Elliot Health System via the main telephone lines. This includes River’s Edge, New Hampshire Hospital for Children, Elliot Direct, Elliot Physicians After Hours, Elliot Pediatric Transport, and Information Technology After Hour Support. The representative will achieve this by answering and routing all incoming, outgoing, and inter-organizational calls to the proper destinations.
