Requirements

  • Love helping people and solving problems
  • Communicate clearly and confidently (phone, email, and in person)
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
  • Are tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple systems
  • Take initiative and ownership of customer experiences
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant experience (level depends on position)
  • Military experience welcomed and valued

  • Customer service, call center, sales, or banking experience
  • A knack for multitasking and staying organized under pressure
  • A passion for learning and growing your financial knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Be the friendly voice customers trust handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online requests
  • Solve problems on the spot with a “one-call resolution” mindset
  • Guide customers through banking products, digital tools, and services
  • Identify opportunities to help customers meet their financial goals
  • Troubleshoot everything from simple requests to complex banking issues (depending on your level)
  • Deliver top-tier service with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
