We are currently seeking a Call Center Representative I (CCR I) to join our team at our West Salem location. This is a full-time 40 hours per week, onsite position perfect fit for someone with financial institution experience who is passionate about helping others and ready to grow in a supportive and community-focused environment. As a CCR I, you'll be the first point of contact by phone for our valued members, delivering personalized support with empathy and efficiency. You'll handle account inquiries, process transactions, resolve problems, and identify opportunities to recommend products or services that meet members' needs all while maintaining a strong knowledge of our policies and procedures.
