About The Position

Vertical Alliance Group is the parent company of INFINITI Fleet Safety Training—online training tools, including a learning management system for industries like transportation, distribution, and warehousing. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Call Center Representative handling outbound calls to generate new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential clients. This role plays a critical part in building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline for our Account Executives to convert into closed business. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, persistent, and skilled at initiating conversations that lead to meaningful opportunities.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a call center role is a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Using our database, researching and identifying potential customers who fit the company's ideal customer profile
  • Contacting prospects businesses through various channels, including cold calling, emailing, etc.
  • Setting up demo meetings for the Account Executives team to take over the sales process
  • Using tools like a CRM to track leads and manage communications
