About The Position

We are seeking a Quoting Specialist to join our team supporting a major telecommunications client in a BPO environment. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing accurate quotes for telecom services, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with pricing policies. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical abilities and excellent interpersonal skills, looking to grow in the telecom or BPO industry.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with MS Office/G-Suite is mandatory.
  • 1–3 years of experience in quoting, pricing, or sales support (preferably in telecom or BPO).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using quoting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment

  • Maintain records in CRM systems and ensure compliance with internal processes.
