Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or financial services environment
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and remain calm under pressure
  • Proficiency with computers and familiarity with CRM software

Nice To Haves

  • Bi-lingual (Able to speak and understand both English and Spanish)
  • Additional education in finance or customer service
  • Knowledge of banking or credit union products and services

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from credit union members, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to accounts, loans, and other financial products
  • Provide accurate information about credit union services, policies, and procedures
  • Assist members with account management, including deposits, withdrawals, and updates to personal information
  • Promote and explain credit union products and services to meet members’ financial goals
  • Document member interactions thoroughly and accurately in the customer Keystone Correlation system
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless member experience
  • Follow up with members as needed to ensure resolution and satisfaction
